Booklet

This booklet was designed to portray an extremely high end penthouse condominium in a stunning, and original magazine-style presentation. The wide extra window lines and panoramic outlooks favored a horizontal layout over the typical brochure.

For this booklet, I used the diagonal image partitions to fill every inch of usable space with skyline views, evoking the sense of being surrounded by the Bay and City views of the penthouse. I always leave flexibility for varying shapes of photographs if the template is re-used.
